I struggled with suicide for a long time and I’m just happy I’m here today to witness what a beautiful place my life has come to.
It’s not perfect but then again what is?
STOP MAKING "CUT4____" JOKES
Tip to help with an anxiety attack
- Look around you.
- Find 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste. This is called grounding. It can help when you feel like you have lost all control of your surroundings.
Please reblog, it could really help someone in need.
There will come a time when breathing won’t seem so hard.
Where you’ll look forward to tomorrow.
When you’ll find somebody who makes you smile again. When you’ll realize that life isn’t so bad.
When you realize that you’re going to make it.
Believe me when I say it’ll be worth everything. Don’t give up on yourself. (via

have patience with yourself. nobody ever got better overnight. you’ll get wherever you need to go in time. for now, remember that every day that you survive is a step forward, and you have survived many days. be proud of yourself.
Non-passing trans people are still trans people and need their pronouns respected
Gentle reminder...
If someone is wearing long sleeves in summer
Or if you see scars or marks or burns or stretchmarks or spots
Or any kind of difference or deformity
Don’t point it out
To anyone
Don’t.
Bringing this back as summer is coming
But if you see that those marks are bleeding/fresh, especially if they look like cut marks, ask that person if they are okay, don’t announce it to the world, just ask them privately if everything is okay, because that could mean the difference between helping someone recover and perpetuating their thoughts that nobody cares.
Please look out for your fellow people.
I would do this and also offer hugs no matter who it is even strangers because sometimes you just need to know someone cares.
